Review: Hair softness: Is good, it will tangle if it’s not brushed just like hair. It started matting into dreadlocks after a day of not brush so moisturise, detangle regularly True to length: Nope. I bought 18inch and did not get 18inch. Some parts of of the hair were way shorter and given the hair tapers it’s not tru to length for me
