Review: The material under the ruffles is actually a bit shiny!! I didnt expect it but i actually loved it a lot!! It doesnt make the bloomers look cheaper or anything, and it doesnt push into costuming or stuff like that!! Its really well made and imo excellent quality. Material is nice, no smell, fits perfectly, amazing comfortable stretch, and my butt looks nice in these :)
