Review: Smell Description: I am very impressed by the quality of the products and the customer service at Shein. It really is worth the money especially since all the options available on their website are so fashionable yet simple. In one of my orders, I picked the wrong size and it ended up being too small for me but I really liked the design of it so I contacted the services to ask if I was able to make an exchange and after having a chat with a really nice lady, she offered to send over another pair of those shorts and she said that I could keep the pair that I already had as an apology for the inconvenience. what a bonus!! Definitely very impressed with Shein’s return and exchange services.
