Review: What a lovely skirt this is! It reminds me of my skirts when I was a girl in the 80's. Still happy to wear this style with being 40+ now. Looks really good, fabrics is OK, not the best, not the worst. You can add a petticoat to make it look even more fluffy, but it's great without it as well. Bought it in plain black as well.
