Review: So cutesy! The fabric is a really soft mesh, really stretchy and flowy. It has built in shorts which I will be cutting out because it kind of makes it puffy at the bottom. Aside from that the dress is gorgeous. The sleeves and front ribbon sections are completely customisable too. Elastic band at the skirt part
