Review: It doesn't really suit me but unfortunately I can't return because I used a voucher. The fabric has sheen to it but it isn't super shiny. The scarf thingy is just a strip of fabric so it is removeable. It is a bit hot to wear but otherwise very nice. I am between sizes 3xl-4xl on Shein but this fit just ok (I thought it will have more room because I wanted more flare in the skirt area but it isn't very roomy). I may have to redo the sleeves so the top is not poofy as well as remove some length.
