Review: This is so much more/better than I expected even. The quality is amazing for the price. it's even soft yet heavy enough to be flowey. it has shorts instead of an underskirt which for me is a bonus I prefer it.. Would be a good beach or just summer skirt I feel like it may end up being a new favourite 10/10 highly recommended. Also material is strechy, has elastic waist and sizing is on the generous side.
