Review: Laid a little strangely when I got it due to the way they zipped it up when it arrived. I just laid it properly with a heavy book on top to get it to lay properly and no issues!! The buckle on it is not removable as it is stitched into the jacket. The jacket also has 2 fairly deep pockets on either side. My measurements are accurate, please like so I can get points!
