Review: I am very disappointed with this purchase and am returning it. The item looks significantly different from the photos on your website. The advertised collar and cuffs look thick, fluffy, and luxurious, while the trim on the item I received is flat, sparse, and much less attractive. The overall appearance falls far short of what was advertised. I purchased this based on your product photos, and what I received does not meet those expectations. Please arrange a return and a full refund. And it’s too small.
