Review: very good quality fascinator. perfect for church, wedding guest hats, etc. The material (whether it be wool or felt ...in not too certain) is very well made. I would note that this is more so suited for people with tinier heads,. but you can still get away with it if you tie back your hair and put it in a bun, which is usually what I do. I would recommend this to others nonetheless. if you appreciate my review please give me a like.
