Review: I carry a lot of weight in my lower belly so I bought based on those measurements but I should have gone with waist measurement. These pants are so light and loose (in a good way!). Perfect for people trying to hide tummy pouch! Waist band doesn't stretch through out the day, so even though it was not very tight at the waist, I had no issues all day with the pants staying where I put them. I do find the length very long but I predicted that to be an issue. Elegant, classy, would purchase again but a size down.
