Review: I have purchased these before. They have extra cushioning in the heel and a moderate support in the arch. They are just the right thickness to offer adequate cushioning without feeling bulky. I put these in all my shoes as I have plantar fasciitis and heel fat pad degeneration. They definitely improve my comfort level when walking. Suitable for everyday use. Good value for the price.
