Review: It's not an original J brand but for the price, you get: - A decently textured carbon surface - A slightly smaller and narrower head size than the original by about 5 square inches - Durability needs to be tested - Playing feel needs to be tested Any beginners can consider this paddle. I've bought more expensive basic plastic ones with no carbon face when I started. Wish I had bought this instead at the time.
