Review: I previously bought the ones without the band but it dug in so deep in my forehead it was really painful. This one with the band is highly recommended as it comfortable and flexible in the forehead area. I have really long fine hair and quite difficult to sleep and get changed. I am looking forward to use this at night to wrap my head and while dressing up and getting my make up done so keep my hair flies away. If you are thinking of getting one I highly recommend one with a band. My head is around 53 cm.
