Review: Dear SHEIN Customer Service, I hope you’re well. I want to start by saying I really appreciate SHEIN as a brand. I’ve always loved your wide selection, trendy styles, affordable prices, and fast delivery. Shopping with SHEIN has always been a great experience, and I’ve recommended your site to many friends. However, I recently placed an order worth over 600 AED, and unfortunately, several items were missing from the package I received. I’ve double-checked everything and confirmed that the items were not included. I kindly request a refund for the missing items or that they be resent to me as soon as possible. I’ve attached the order number and any supporting photos or screenshots if needed. I hope this can be resolved quickly, and I look forward to continuing to shop with SHEIN. Thank you for your help!
