Review: I have the 3XL/4XL on one leg and the XL/2XL on the other leg and they both feel OK. My legs are not quite the same size, so I measured and ordered accordingly. I know the advice said to size down if you're on the cusp of the measurements, but I chose not to for the bigger leg and it turned out fine. I have injuries to my ligaments on both legs and these braces are helpful when mounting a doorstep or getting into the car. They have stabilising rods built in and they are easier to strap round than the slip-on kind which require greater mobility to pull up.
