Review: I’m really happy with this oval sourdough proofing basket! It’s a great addition to my baking supplies and is especially useful for shaping and proofing sourdough. I really like the oval shape because it gives the dough a nice shape before baking, and it helps make the finished loaf look more like a traditional bakery-style sourdough.
